Super Typhoon Goni made landfall on November 1st, 2020 with 195 miles per hour winds, and as of November 3rd claimed 16 lives, displaced 500,000 and destroyed tens of thousands of homes. It made landfall four times in the provinces of Catanduanes and Albay in the Bicol Region, in San Narciso, Quezon and Lobo, Batangas in the Southern Tagalog Region. Volcanic mudflow has also desolated municipalities around Mayon Volcano, leaving houses and produces completely covered with mud.
